Central Rangiora Gravity Capacity Sewer Upgrade – Stage 8
The construction of a gravity sewer main within the road reserve of King Street, Rangiora. 405m of new 225mm uPVC sewer gravity main between 2.4m and 3m depth. 1050mm concrete manholes, at depths up to 3m.
Riverstone – Subdivision
Full development of a 252 lot subdivision.
Good Street Laneway Upgrade
The redevelopment of Good Street laneway within Rangiora CDB. Works included, reconfiguration of services, new surfacing, landscaping, street furniture and lighting.
McIntosh Drain Pump Station Civil Works
The construction of the pump station platform, inlet structure, discharge pipework, outlet channel and landscaping.
Rangiora Watermain Renewals
Renewals to replace 639m of existing PVC and PE watermains, installing associated fittings and abandoning existing pipelines.
Kaiapoi Stormwater and Flooding Improvements
The construction of a 900mm NB Pressure Main that conveys pumped flows to the Kaiapoi River. Construction of the outfall structure.

75 lot subdivision – taken from a green field site to a residential subdivision, ready for new homes to be built.
Southbrook Pond Access Culvert
Supply and installation of concrete box culvert – diversion of existing weir.
Subdivision – Wilfield Stage 11-20
Full development of 92 lot subdivision ready to be built on. Installation of services, landscaping, kerb and channel, roading, deep sewer and soakage chambers.
Kerb and Channel Renewals 2022/23
489m of kerb and channel renewal, 255m of mountable kerb, 1,135m2 of AC footpath renewal, 438m2 of new footpath construction, 1,231m2 shoulder reconstruction and sealing, 209m under channel pipe, 230m3 carriageway reconstruction, 15m stormwater pipe upgrade.
Kerb and Channel Renewals 2021/22
769m of new kerb and channel, 11,691m2 of AC footpath renewal, 1,392m2 of shoulder reinstatement, 140m2 of new AC footpath, 80m2 of berm construction, 115m2 of AC commercial entranceway reconstruction, 340m of 180mm PE water pipe and connections.
Falcons Landing Stage 6
Entire stage development of 39 lots including; site clearance, cut to fill, shaping & development of lots, deep sewer & soakage chambers, installation of all water, stormwater & common services, landscaping, kerb & channel, footpaths & roading
Wainoni Stormwater Basin
Wainoni Stormwater Basin. Design and Build Project. Works included, Class A asbestos removal, stone columns and gravel rafting for ground improvement, basin excavation, stormwater and watermain connections and final hydro-seeding.
McPhedrons Water Treatment Plant
McPhedrons Road Water Treatment Plant. Construction and connection of new water treatment plant in Oxford.
Dudley Drain Regeneration
Dudley Drain Regeneration, Kaiapoi. Works included a new block faced reinforced earth retaining wall, trim and shape banks.
McPhedrons Road Trunk Main
McPhedrons Road Trunk Main. Installation of 4.7km of watermain along paper road and road reserve.

Entire stage development of 55 lots including site clearance, shaping & development of lots, deep sewer & soakage chambers, Landscaping, kerb & channel, footpaths & roading
Wilfield Residential Subdivision Stage 10
Entire development, including site clearance, subdivision earthworks and the installation of sewer, stormwater, water, roading and shared services. The development of the subdivision landscaping.
Ravenswood Commercial Area
Installing stormwater mains and manholes at depths up to 3.5m, pipes ranging from 450mm to 1200mm, manholes up to 1800mm diameter.
Rangiora Sewer Upgrade Stage 4
The installation of a large diameter sewer and stormwater gravity main and associated manholes at depths over 3m, within the carriageway and roundabouts in the Rangiora township. This project included the replacement of an AC water main.
Railway Drain Overflow Modifications and Northbrook Wastewater Treatment Plant Demolition
The constriction of a new drain through the decommissioned Northbrook Wastewater treatment Plant, demolition of old wastewater treatment plant infrastructure including IMHOFF tank.
Saltwater Creek Mahinga Kai Rest Area Development
The development of an existing carpark/rest area, including landscaping, timber bollards, street furniture and sealing.
North Canterbury’s BMX Track Development
The development of a national grade BMX track.
Coldstream Road Urbanisation
Installation of services for the new sports complex, including gravity and pressure sewer, water and service ducting through the rail corridor. Installation of kerb and channel, refuge islands and footpaths. Widening of the road carriageway.
Kerb and Channel Renewals Package
Over 700m of new kerb and channel, 1520m2 of footpath reconstruction and 1876m2 of shoulder reconstruction within Rangiora and Kaiapoi.
Charles Street Sewer Rising Main Renewal
Installation of 1,089m of 450mm PE pressure sewer pipe to the Kaiapoi Wastewater Treatment Plant, through McIntosh Drain, requiring dewatering.
Cust Water Supply Headworks Upgrades
Construction of water treatment plant upgrades for the Cust water supply including the supply and installation of a new headworks building and surface pump. Supply and installtion of PE water tanks, pipework and fittings, along with drainage infrastructure.
Kaiapoi East Water
Kaiapoi East Water. Installation of 1.6km of water main throughout Kaiapoi East.
Kaiapoi Watermain Renewals
Installation of approximately 1,510m of watermain and associated PE welding, fittings, connections and testing.
Pound Road to Mt Grey Road Watermain
Installation of 5600m of DN180 PE100 PN16 watermain, associated road crossings, valves and connections.
Amberley Eastern Wastewater Renewal
Wastewater renewal installation across private land, consisting of 2422m of DN375 uPVC and associated manholes and connections while maintaining services to local residential and commercial properties.
Southbrook Road Stormwater Culvert
Southbrook, Rangiora. Installation of culvert vehicle access point.
